2.1.13 Puppet assembly

Joey was very excited when Dan picked him up from daycare today. They had special activities planned every day at school this week.  With school cancelled yesterday, the special activity, an assembly with a professional puppetier, was today.  Joey emphasized that she is a "professional" repeatedly, and that she had been working with puppets for over 40 years.  She gave a performance with many different types of puppets, and did a workshop with the kids so they could make their own puppets.  What a great activity on such a cold, blustery day.
