5.3.13 May Crowning

Today we celebrated the May Crowning of Mary at Joe's school mass.  The second graders dress in their first communion finery, and the 6th grades participate in a processional bringing flowers in for the crowning.  so glad I could get away from work to be there.
Joey led the prayers of the faithful today..."For the Church, that we may boldly proclaim Christ as Lord and Savior, and bring the world to know of God's gift of eternal life...Let us pray to the Lord."

The Easter Candle is still there!
